How is the residence time of condiments in the seasoning vibrating fluid bed drying machine controlled?

In the field of condiment processing, seasoning vibrating fluid bed drying machine is widely used due to its high efficiency, energy saving and excellent drying quality. The control of the residence time of condiments in it is a key link related to the quality of finished products and production efficiency.
The feeding system of the equipment is the "starting gate" for controlling the residence time. Through adjustable feeding devices, such as variable frequency controlled screw feeders or star dischargers, the feeding amount of condiments per unit time can be accurately controlled according to production plans and drying requirements. When the feeding speed slows down, under the conditions of fixed bed volume, airflow and vibration, the "residence" time of the material in the bed increases, and vice versa, the residence time is shortened, just like regulating the size of the water flow to determine how long a ship stays in a certain section of the river.
The adjustment of vibration parameters has a significant impact on the residence time. The vibrating fluidized bed relies on vibration to fluidize and suspend the condiments, and the vibration frequency and amplitude can be flexibly set. By increasing the frequency and amplitude, the condiments will roll and migrate more actively in the bed, just like speeding up the pace on the "drying track", quickly passing through the drying area and shortening the residence time; on the contrary, the gentle vibration allows the condiments to "linger" longer in the embrace of the hot air and fully experience the drying process.
Furthermore, the airflow factor should not be underestimated. As the "power source" and "heat transfer medium" of drying, the air volume and wind speed of hot air are adjustable. Increasing the air volume and speed will enhance the "pushing force" of the airflow on the condiments, accelerating their displacement from the feed end to the discharge end of the bed, just like a strong wind blowing, the leaves will float away from the branches faster, effectively reducing the residence time; on the contrary, the gentle airflow helps the condiments to fully absorb heat, remove moisture, and extend the residence time.
The discharge link is also critical, and the height and opening degree of the discharge port are controllable. Lowering the discharge port and expanding the opening will make it easier for the condiments to flow out and quickly end the drying journey; on the contrary, they may stay in the bed temporarily, waiting for the right time to "leave". It is through the coordinated and precise control of feed, vibration, airflow and discharge that the condiments stay in the seasoning vibrating fluid bed drying machine for just the right amount of time, ensuring stable drying quality and efficient and orderly production.
