Working Principle:

Most hot air is circulated in the drying oven. The Heat efficiency is high and the energy is saved. By using the forced ventilation function, there are adjustable air distribution plates inside the drying oven. The materials can be dried uniformly.

Features:

(1) Heating source: steam, electricity, heat conduction oil, far infrared, or both steam + electricity.

(2) Drying temperature of steam: 50-130 ºC, Max.140 ºC.

(3) Drying temperature of electricity or far infrared: 50-300 ºC.

(4) Automatic control system and computer control system for customers to choose.

(5) Normal used steam pressure from 0.2-0.8Mpa(2-8 bar).

(6) For CT-1 electric heated, rated power consumption is 15Kw, but real consumption is 5-8Kw.

(7) The special requirements should be indicated when placing order.

(8) If operation temperature is over 140 ºC or less than 60 ºC, please indicate when placing order.

(9) Low noise, easy to install and maintain.

(10) Hot air circulation oven can be used for drying various materials.
