Introduction and application:
Dynamic double cone rotary vacuum dryer machine for drying powder and granules is suitable for raw materials that need to be concentrated, mixed and dried at low temperature (for example, biochemistry) in chemical, pharmaceutical and foodstuff industries.
Especially applicable for the raw materials that are characterized by easy oxidation, volatilization, heat sensitivity, strong stimulus and toxicity and not permitted to destroy inside crystal during drying process.
Working Principle:
The cone shaped container rotates slowly and the raw material inside is mixed continuously. The material will make complex impacting motion in the container and achieve uniform mixing.
The raw material is mixed and dried under vacuum state. The drop of steam pressure makes the moisture (solvent) at the surface of raw materials become saturation and will evaporate. The solvent will be discharged through vacuum pump and recovered.
Inner moisture (solvent) of raw material will infiltrate, evaporate and discharge continuously. These three steps are carried out nonstop and drying is finished in a short time.
Let heat source (for example, low pressure steam or conductive oil) pass through the sealed jacket. The heat will be transmitted to the raw material to make materials dried inside the inner jacket of the cone container.
Features:

(2) When oil is used to heat, automatic constant temperature control can be used.
(3) When use oil to dry biology products and mined, temperature can be adjusted form 20-160ºC with tolerance within 2ºC.
(4) Heat efficiency is 2 times higher than ordinal drying oven.
(5) The heat is indirect, so the raw materials will not be polluted. Easy to wash and maintain.
(6) Speed adjusting motor among 0-6rpm might be chosen according to users requirements.
