Introduction and Application:
Fluidized granulator dryer machine for powder coating and granulation is used for granulation in pharmacy industry: tablet, electuary and capsule etc.
Used for granulation in foodstuff industry: cocoa, coffee, milk powder, granule syrup and flavoring etc.
Used for granulation in other industry: pesticide, feedstuff, chemical fertilizer, pigment and dyestuff chemical etc.
Used for drying wet powdery materials or granules etc.
Used for coating granules, pill protective layer, color preparation, film and enteric coating etc.
Working Principle:
The powder or granules in the container (fluid-bed) appear the state of fluidization, it is pre-heated and mixed by clean and heated air.
At the same time the solution of adhesive solvent is fogged and atomized into the container, which will make some particles become granules with adhesive.
Continuous drying of hot air makes the moisture in granules evaporated and the adhesive solidified.
Finally the powder becomes ideal, uniform and cellular and spherical granules.

(3) Multi-fluid nozzle guarantees that the formed granule is uniform and reducing the rate of powder.
