High Efficient Chemical Powder Granules Fluid Bed Dryer Dehydrator Machine Fluidized Bed Dryer for Gypsum
Introduction and application:
High efficiency fluidizing dryer machine is used to dry wet granules or wet powdery materials sized at 0.1-6mm in pharmacy, foodstuff, and chemical fields, etc.
Working Principle:
Under function of the fan, the natural air passes through purification cabinet, heater and small hole of the bed board and then the natural air becomes high speed airflow. The airflow contacts with the wet materials and makes the material into boiled status and takes out the moisture (or solvent) in materials and finally vaporized quickly.
The drying bucket for storing materials has a blender inside, which makes the drying process quick and uniform without dead corner. Drying time can be adjusted freely according to characteristics of the materials.

(3) The bag filter in the top is made from anti-static special fiber, which assures the operation is safe and clean.
(4) Turning over ht materials storage bucket to discharge the dried granules, which is quick and convenient.
(5) Operated by sealed negative pressure and designed by GMP.
(6) We can also design automatic feeding and discharging system as request.
(7) Quick drying speed, uniform temperature. Usually the drying time for each batch is about 20-30 minutes.
