Description:
Rotary Drum Type Dryer is a continuous drying equipment with large processing capacity. It is composed of heating source, main rotating kiln/drum body, feeding device, driving cooling pipes, oil fuel system, discharging part, air inlet, exhaust dust collecting device,etc.
Wet material is loaded from one side of the rotary drum dryer, and then it is stirred by the bafflers which is distributed uniformly on the drum. The material will be stirred to distribute and dispersed uniformly in the drum dryer and fully contact with the hot air flow from parallel or converse direction. So the drying processing speed is improved and the impulse power of media transfer is enhanced.
During the drying process and under the effect of tilted bafflers and hot air flow, the material will move to the rotary discharge valve on the other side of the rotary drum dryer.

Applied for materials under low temperature and continuous large amount of production capacity.
Applicable for drying powder, big particles, blocks, caking, big bulk density materials.
